How does it work?
All personal training clients and small group training clients who purchase a 10-week term receive a 30-minute consultation with Registered Dietitian Alissa Rumsey. You’ll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and complete a food journal prior to speaking with her. During the consultation she will:
- Discuss, modify and/or establish goals
- Evaluate your current eating patterns
- Provide tips that you can use right away
- Review nutrition programs with more in-depth options
